Potato Surprise
Potato Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen potatoes (small chopped kind), 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. minced onion (dry) and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt margarine.
Mix with sour cream, onion, pepper and soup. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread frozen potatoes in pan; pour margarine mixture over top of potatoes.
Layer the cheese over that, then cover with crushed corn flakes.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350Β°, until cheese bubbles.
