Potato Stuffing

In a large saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter until tender.
Remove from the heat.
Add bread, potatoes and parsley.
Mix well.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
