Potato Stuffing
Potato Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 potatoes, 1/2 c. minced onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil and mash potatoes.
Simmer the onions and celery in the butter.
Beat the egg lightly; blend with the flour.
Mix both with the potatoes.
Add milk and the celery, onions and butter mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste; add parsley, a little poultry seasoning and a pinch of thyme and marjoram.
