Potato Sticks
Potato Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, butter, melted, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash potatoes.
Cut lengthwise into quarters, then each quarter into thirds.
Brush potatoes with butter, melted.
Roll and coat them in a mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
