Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and dice potatoes.
Peel and dice onion.
Cook potatoes and onion in a large pot with enough water to cover potatoes well. Boil until potatoes are tender or until they begin to fall apart. Add bouillon cubes, pepper and oil.
Stir in potato flakes until well mixed.
Add chicken soup.
Continue to stir until well mixed and smooth.
Serve hot.
