Potato Skins
Potato Skins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium to large potatoes, 1 lb. bacon, 2 bunches green onions, 1 can kraft american squirt cheese and 1 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and bake potatoes in microwave.
When done, quarter potatoes.
Put them on a plate.
Cook pound of bacon.
Drain and crumble into small pieces.
Chop onions.
On the potatoes, squirt cheese on heavily.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Re-warm in microwave for 3 minutes if needed.
Top with sour cream, if desired.
