Potato Skins
Potato Skins is an easy dinner. Made with 10 precooked potatoes, 1 bag cheese and 1/2 can real bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut potatoes in half and spoon out the inside of the potato Deep-fry the skin part of the potato until crispy.
Place on paper towel to drain the grease.
Put skins on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted.
Serve with Ranch dressing or sour cream.
