Potato Skins
Potato Skins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large baking potatoes, 2 tsp. cooking oil, 1 tsp. chili powder, 2 to 3 dashes tabasco and 2/3 c. bacon, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Clean and bake potatoes until done.
Cool. Halve each potato lengthwise.
Scoop out inside of each potato, leaving approximately 1/4-inch thick shell.
Combine cooking oil, chili powder and Tabasco and brush on inside of potato halves.
Then cut the potato halves in half again lengthwise; return to baking sheet.
Sprinkle with bacon, tomato and green onion.
Top with cheese.
Bake in 450Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with sour cream.
