Potato Salad Dressing
Potato Salad Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook over medium to low heat until thick.
Stir to keep from sticking.
While cooling, add about a tablespoon butter or margarine.
A couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise or salad dressing may be added.
Pour over potatoes (that have been cooked in salted water).
Celery, onions and celery seed may be added.
