Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 boiled medium potatoes (in jackets), 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. commercial sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish and 1 tsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Potatoes; cut in 1/8 inch slices.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt; set aside.
In another mix parsley onion.
In large serving bowl arrange layer of potatoes; salt lightly.
Cover with layer of mayonnaise, sour cream mixture, then layer of onion mixture. Continue layering, ending with layer of onion and parsley. Do not stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
