Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1 large jar cains mayonnaise, 1/2 onion, chopped, 5 eggs and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Leaving skin on potatoes, cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes or until soft.
Insert knife into center of potatoes to check if done.
Cool potatoes.
Remove skin and cube.
Hard-boil the eggs and cool them.
Chop eggs and add to potatoes along with onion.
Mix with mayonnaise.
Start with 1/2 a jar and add more if desired.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
