Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 potatoes, 1/2 stick margarine, milk, 2 tbsp. chopped pickles and mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel potatoes, dice and boil until tender.
Drain.
Cream like making cream potatoes.
Add margarine and just enough milk to keep them from being stiff.
Add mustard and dressing to taste.
I use about 2/3 cup of mustard and not quite as much salad dressing.
Add onions to taste (about 1/2 cup).
Chop 4 eggs in potatoes.
Mix. Put 1 egg across top (sliced).
Add salt and pepper.
