Potato Salad
Potato Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. potatoes, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 small onion and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook potatoes and bacon.
After bacon is cooked, stir in the eggs, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour over potatoes, celery and onion.
Let cool.
Mix Miracle Whip, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon vinegar; pour over cooled potatoes.
Add salt, pepper and celery seed to taste.
