Potato Rolls
Potato Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. warm water, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat milk, butter and salt.
Mix yeast and water, let set.
In bowl mix potatoes and eggs.
Add yeast and milk and beat with mixer.
Add 2 cups of flour.
Slowly add sugar and remaining flour with spoon.
Turn out on board, knead.
Put in greased bowl, cover lightly and put in refrigerator.
Will double in size.
Use later in day or overnight.
Dough may be used for dinner rolls or for cinnamon rolls.
Place in greased pans and bake at 350Β°.
