Potato Puff Buns
Potato Puff Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, scalded, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald 1 of milk.
Add to it the butter, sugar and salt. Cool lukewarm.
1 package of yeast.
Blend in eggs, potatoes and flour.
Mix well.
Place in a greased bowl. Mixture will slightly sticky.
Refrigerate until 2 hours before it's needed. to 1/2-inch thick on floured surface.
Cut and place on greased cookie sheet.
Let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
