Wash potatoes; cut lengthwise into eighths. Set oven control to broil and/or 550Β°. Place potatoes, cut sides down, in ungreased jelly roll pan; brush with oil. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle potatoes with half of the mixture. Broil potatoes with tops about 3 inches from heat until potatoes begin to bubble slightly, about 10 minutes.

Turn; brush with oil and sprinkle with remaining salt mixture. Broil until golden brown and tender, about 5 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream if desired. Makes 6 servings with 85 calories per serving.
