Combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of margarine, cheese and crumbs.

Use 1/2 to 2/3 cup of potato mixture for each log to be formed.

Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine; stir in crumbs and cheese.

Roll potato logs in crumb mixture.

Place in shallow, greased baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
