Potato Lasagna
Potato Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lasagna noodles, 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese, 7 to 8 medium potatoes, 1 large egg and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook noodles in salted water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Keep in warm water until needed.
Cook potatoes and mash.
Add cottage cheese, egg and salt to taste.
Beat together.
Layer noodles and potato mixture in greased pan, starting with noodles, until all are used up.
Dice onion and saute in butter until soft.
Pour over lasagna.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 35 minutes until hot.
Cover with foil while baking.
