Mash potatoes, adding milk and butter.
Add yeast, eggs, salt and flour; mix.
Add flour; let stand until bubbly.
Add enough flour to make soft dough.
Let rise until double.
Cut out with doughnut cutter.
Let rise again.
Fry in deep fat fryer, turning only once, until light golden brown.
