Potato Dish
Potato Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1 c. grated american cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
While potatoes are cooking, combine soup, milk, onion, cheese and pimento.
Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish; salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with half of the soup mixture.
Add another layer of potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Pour rest of soup mixture over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or at 350° for 30 minutes.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
