Potato Dippers
Potato Dippers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. light sour cream, 1/2 pkg. ranch style party dip, 4 baking potatoes, 4 tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scrub potatoes.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Cut each potato half lengthwise into 3 wedges.
Arrange potato wedges in a spoke circle on a large microwavable platter.
Melt margarine for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Brush potatoes with melted margarine.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave for 7 minutes on High.
Turn the platter halfway around.
Microwave for 8 minutes.
Remove wax paper.
Sprinkle cheese over potatoes immediately.
Serve with the prepared party dip.
