Potato Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 c. diced onion, 1 can cream of celery soup, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Thaw potatoes for 30 to 45 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl (except cornflakes).
