Potato Chowder
Potato Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 onion, sliced, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a 4 qt. Dutch oven, melt margarine.
Add onion, green pepper and ham.
Brown.
Add potato, water and pepper.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Make a paste of flour and 1/3 cup of water.
Add to potato mixture.
Add both cans of soup and drained corn.
Heat through.
Serves 6.
