Potato Chowder
Potato Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, 1 large onion, 2 c. chopped potatoes, 2 c. water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute bacon with chopped onion until bacon is browned and onion is very tender.
Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add 2 cups milk and heat the chowder until it is very hot, but not boiling.
