Potato Chip Chicken
Potato Chip Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 stick margarine, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. milk, 4 boneless chicken breasts and small bag potato chips, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine.
Dip chicken breasts in melted margarine.
Press into crushed potato chips; both sides of chicken.
Place in 8 x 11 baking dish.
Mix the soup and milk and pour over the chicken.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, for 1 hour.
Then uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
