Potato Chip Cake
Potato Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. butter, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut in butter until it resembles crumbs.
Add eggs and sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla and potato chips.
Drop from a teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart, patting very thin with back of spoon and bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
