Potato Cheese Casserole
Potato Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash browns, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. shredded cheese and 1/3 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions and milk together.
Mix well.
Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Save half of butter to mix with cornflakes or crackers for topping.
Pour into baking dish and top with crackers.
