Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 large potatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1-1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Peel and cut potatoes in squares, cook 10 minutes or until tender.
In mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Fold in potatoes.
Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
Mix 1 Tbsp. margarine and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
