Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 medium potatoes, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil potatoes as for potato salad.
Cool and set aside. Mix together sour cream, soup, margarine, grated cheese, salt, pepper and grated onion.
Mix well.
Mix gently with potatoes. Place in large buttered casserole 9 x 12-inch.
Top with buttered corn flake mixture and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°. Top will brown nicely.
