Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 medium boiled potatoes, cut in small pieces, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 carton (1 c.) sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted (campbell's) and 1/2 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place potatoes in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, chicken soup, oleo and onion.
Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Don't overcook. Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes.
