Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 2 c. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a large 13 x 9-inch greased Pyrex dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
For the last 15 minutes, uncover and top with 2 cups crushed potato chips and 1/4 cup melted oleo.
Bake until brown.
