Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, diced, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick butter, 1 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes until done.
Drain off water.
Add soup, butter, milk and salt.
Fold gently until all is mixed together.
Put 1/2 of this in casserole and add layer of cheese.
Add the remainder of potato mixture and top with cheese.
Put in oven on low heat until cheese has melted.
Fold potatoes lightly so as not to mash them.
