Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen shredded potatoes, 1 1/2 sticks butter or oleo, 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw potatoes in a large, oblong Pyrex dish.
Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers, and pour over potatoes.
Stir lightly.
Melt 1 stick oleo or butter and mix with Ritz crackers. Place this on top of potato mixture.
I also add some extra cheese to the top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 45 minutes.
This will serve about 12 people.
