Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, 1 pkg. (12 oz.) french onion dip, 1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 stick oleo in casserole and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.
Cool and peel.
Grate and mix with grated cheese, dip, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch flat casserole.
Put 1/2 stick margarine on top.
Cook until bubbly at 350Β°.
Add crushed Ritz, potato chips or plain crackers and lightly brown.
