Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 white potatoes, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 1 to 2 tsp. minced onion, 1 pt. half and half and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil potatoes until done.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Peel and grate potatoes.
Put a layer of potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add half of cheese.
Sprinkle over cheese 1 teaspoon of onion.
Add another layer of potatoes, cheese and onion.
Pour the milk over the layers.
Melt the butter and pour over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
