Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, 1 pkg. light cream and 1 pkg. swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook potatoes (early in the day) in their jackets.
Cool; peel; dice.
Put in nonstick pan or frypan; add light cream and Swiss cheese in pieces and heat on stove until cheese melts; mix throughly.
Put in buttered 2-quart casserole; let set 2 hours. Sprinkle on buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake in oven 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
