Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1 box powdered sugar (plus small amount for rolling out) and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix potatoes and powdered sugar (will turn liquid) until it makes a ball like dough.
Divide and roll out on powdered sugar. Spread peanut butter over and roll up jelly roll style.
