Potato Candy
Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. warm unseasoned mashed potatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 box confectioners sugar and 1/2 c. ground nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine potatoes, salt and vanilla in 2-quart mixing bowl. Sift confectioners sugar with potatoes, 1/2 cup at a time.
When mixture becomes stiff, knead.
Add more sugar, if needed.
Cover with a damp cloth.
Chill enough so to roll in a long roll.
Roll in nuts and slice.
