Potato Candy
Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium potato, 1 medium jar peanut butter and 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potato until soft.
Pour off water and mash potato.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
It is very stiff.
Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
Spread peanut butter on dough.
Roll up and place in refrigerator.
Slice as needed.
