Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large white potato, 3 to 4 boxes powdered sugar and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil potato until done.
Mash potato (do not add anything). Then add powdered sugar to dough consistency.
Roll out to about 1/16-inch thick.
Spread peanut butter all over.
Roll up and slice.
May add food coloring at beginning for color.
