Potato Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size potato, 1 small jar peanut butter and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook potato and mash.
In a large mixing bowl, blend potato and sugar together.
Roll out on waxed paper. Spread peanut butter on this mixture and roll up in jelly roll fashion.
Cut in pieces.
