Potato Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, salt and pepper, 3 egg yolks and 5 egg whites, stiffly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and boil potatoes.
Mash well. Add salt, pepper and egg yolks.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Place mixture in a well-greased pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 400Β°.
Cut in squares and serve hot with meat and other vegetables.
