Potato Buns
Potato Buns is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. potatoes, 1 1/2 c. flour and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and boil potatoes in salt water until soft.
Pour off water and mash.
Set aside to cool.
Add flour and roll into thick, ropelike strips on floured board and lightly flatten.
Cut into squares and bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream or dice and fry onion in butter or margarine until tender. Add a small can of cream.
Heat this mixture and pour over potato buns.
Serve hot.
