Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roast (any kind), 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 onion, chopped up, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and flour for roast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Flour both sides of roast.
Cook in large pot with a little grease.
Turn roast when gets brown on both sides.
Leave in pan. Cover with water and put in cut up onion.
Turn down; cook slow about 2 hours or until tender.
Take roast out.
Put in package onion soup mix and 2 tablespoons cornstarch that's been dissolved in water.
It will thicken, gravy.
