Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 lb.) tri tip roast, worcestershire sauce, norton seasoned salt, mrs. dash no salt seasoning and golden cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Season to taste. with pepper, salt or no salt seasoning with flour. Heat cup of vegetable oil high heat in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven. Brown roast quickly on each side. Remove roast from container; drain excess oil off.
Drippings in container. Slice 3 medium onions.
On bottom of skillet or Dutch oven half of the onions.
Place roast back in container.
Put the remaining onions on top of roast.
