Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 3 tbsp. butter, 4 lb. beef roast, 1 envelope knorr vegetable soup mix and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cover roast with flour mixture.
In large skillet, add 3 tablespoons butter.
Brown roast on all sides.
Remove roast and place in large roasting pan.
Arrange onions, potatoes and carrots around roast.
Sprinkle on soup mix over roast and vegetables.
Add water.
Cook for 2 hours, covered.
Add water if needed.
Cook for 25 minutes or longer, uncovered, until veggies and roast are brown and tender.
