Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast, 2 cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted, 4 whole potatoes, pared and quartered and 4 carrots, pared and cut in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place frozen chuck roast in roaster.
Put the mushroom soup over roast. Cover and bake at 325Β° for 2 hours or longer, if desired.
Uncover and place in veggies.
Re-cover and continue to bake approximately 1 hour or until veggies are tender. Serve in pan.
