Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chuck roast, 1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 8 medium carrots, cut crosswise into halves and 8 small potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place piece of foil, 30 x 18-inches, in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Place beef in pan.
Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
Spread over beef.
Add vegetables.
Sprinkle with water. Fold foil over and seal.
Cook in a 300Β° oven 4 hours.
Skim fat from gravy. Serve gravy with beef. Serves 8.
