Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast, 1 can beer, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 bottle chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place meat in large Dutch oven or heavy baking pan (with lid). Corning Ware works well.
Combine beer, sugar and chili sauce and pour over meat.
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 2 to 4 hours, until meat is tender.
Strain seeds out of liquid.
Cool and refrigerate overnight.
