Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 lb. roast, garlic pods, 1 stick margarine and 3/4 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle roast with a tenderizer.
Let stand 2 hours.
Brown roast on both sides in part of margarine.
Bury garlic buttons in folds of meat.
Saturate meat with 1 stick of melted margarine and Worcestershire sauce.
Wrap tightly in foil and cook at 325Β° until done.
This depends on size of roast.
